Zazzle Brings DIY to the Next Level With Customizable Products
Zazzle allows consumers to customize over 1,000 different products on its digital marketplace. Zazzle chief marketing officer Nizzi Renaud sat down with Alyssa Julya Smith at the eTail West conference to explain how Zazzle uses technology to allow for streamlined production of content.
Renaud explains how Zazzle works with designers and brands to allow customers to create personalized items. She uses Disney as an example to explain how people can put their name or individualized content on items that have Disney characters.
Finally, Renaud explains that the company's proprietary technology doesn't require customers to order in mass quantities and allows for individual customization to create the ultimate DIY experience.
