Police say nine went to the hospital by ambulance. Another 20 walked into emergency rooms. And as of Sunday afternoon, nine were still hospitalized, three people are still in critical condition. At least 12 of the people hit by bullets were not even 18 years old. Police still don't know if this was a targeted attack so far no arrests have been made. Baltimore's mayor is asking anyone with information to speak up.
