Abortion Rights From Roe v. Wade at Risk of 'Getting Gutted' by Supreme Court

Mississippi's strict abortion ban is headed to the U.S. Supreme Court. The Court announced Monday it will hear the first major challenge to Roe v. Wade since Justice Amy Coney Barrett filled late liberal Justice Ruth Ginsburg's seat. Katie Barlow, host of the podcast Words Matter and media editor at SCOTUSblog told Cheddar, "There absolutely is a real possibility of part of Roe v. Wade getting gutted."
