Mena Suvari hit the world stage as a 90s movie icon, starring in "American Beauty" and "American Pie." Now, the actress is gracing the small screen as a guest on the new PopTV show "Hot Date." Suvari gives Cheddar's Alyssa Julya Smith an inside look at her character's salacious job. Suvari is also working on a new show for the Paramount Network called "American Women." The show loosely retells the story of the life of Kyle Richards, star of Bravo's "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." Suvari says the plot follows three women in Beverly Hills as they try to navigate their new extravagant lives. Suvari also weighed in on the ongoing sexual harassment controversies coming to light in Hollywood. She says it's not new and it's not going away. "It's time for a change," Suvari added. She says that's why she added her own #MeToo post to social media.
