Cindy Diffenderfer, CMO of Niido, discusses the creation of the new company made through a partnership with Airbnb and Newgard Development Group. All tenants in a residential building will sign a lease and be permitted to rent out their apartment to guests for 180 days a year. When it comes to the design of each building, the tenant is first, with the guest experience second. Each building will focus on food, beverage, art, and community with the first launch is set for Kissimmee, Florida. We discuss the issues that buildings have faced when it comes to regulations. Niido want to solve that problem by splitting profits between tenants and the building. Airbnb and Niido will take 25% of every guest's stay. The prices of each rental will be based on the market rate of each area.
