What do you get for the person in your life who has everything? Try stuffing their bank account instead of their stocking. Anand Talwar, Deposits and Consumer Strategy Executive at Ally, joins Your Cheddar to talk about gifting financial security to a spouse or child for the holidays. It may not be sexy, but giving your spouse a living will or naming them as a beneficiary could be one of the most important things you do all year. Giving them an actual piggy bank and teaching them about saving and budgeting is more of an asset than an action figure. Plus, what to get the millennials on your list. They're obsessed with the experiential economy, so Talwar suggests looking into gifting them your airline miles. It's technically free, (if you won't use them) and allows young adults to follow their travel passions.
