Influencer. Andrew Tate won an appeal just hours ago to be released from house arrest as he awaits trial in Romania for alleged rape and human trafficking. Tate spokesperson confirmed he is not allowed to leave the country or speak to any of the alleged co conspirators or victims as a condition of his release. Romanian officials charged Tate, his brother Tristan Tate and two Romanian women in June over allegations. They formed a criminal gang to lure women to the country for sexual exploitation. Tate has denied all charges.
