The company just announced a new partnership with Realtor.com. Kobs breaks down how this collaboration helps connect renters with properties on its platform. Apartment List will be powering all of the rental listings from the multi-family sector on realtor.com. Earlier this year, Apartment List teamed up with Facebook to get its listings on the social media platform's marketplace. Whenever a property manager advertises on Apartment List, it will also show up on the Facebook marketplace.
