Appeals Court Rules Trump Not Immune From Jan. 6 Lawsuits
A federal appeals court ruled that former President Donald Trump won't have presidential immunity in civil lawsuits related to the January 6th attack on the Capitol.
The former president was shot in the ear during a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. The FBI identified the shooter as 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks.
