The issue has been plaguing all models of the phone. And on Monday, the company said it was in large part due to a bug in its IOS 17 operating system. Well, late yesterday afternoon, a patch started rolling out to fix the overheating issues. The company also cited issues with third party apps and said it will work with those developers individually for fixes.
