An arctic blast is hitting the Northeast. More than 15 million people there are bracing for an incredibly dangerous weather this weekend, wind chills could reach as low as 50 and 60 degrees below zero in some areas. For perspective here, weather like this can give you frostbite in as little as five minutes. We're expecting the worst of it this evening. Into tomorrow morning, milder weather should be returning by sunday.
