On Tuesday, the Bahamas Supreme Court allowed FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried to review the terms of his extradition and temporarily delayed the country from agreeing to let U.S. prosecutors pursue criminal charges against him.

Bahamas Court Rules to Delay US Criminal Charges Against Sam Bankman-Fried

Finally, a Bahamas court issued a temporary injunction yesterday preventing the government from granting permission to us prosecutors to pursue part of their criminal case against Sam Baman free, the founder of the now bankrupt Cryptocurrency Exchange FX. That decision may delay Beman Fried's upcoming October trial. Last month, prosecutors offered to drop five charges against him including foreign bribery bank fraud and conspiracy. But only if the Bahamas agreed to them. Beman Fried has pled not guilty so far.
