Nick Barrada. Thank you so much for having us at your family restaurant. The Ivy. You know, a lot of people are used to seeing you on television and Tyler Perry is the oval, but you're also helping out in your family restaurant. So tell us about this place. Yeah, this place is amazing. We're going on two years now, which I, I can't believe I gotta give a lot of credit to my brother Zach. OK. This place is a beast. So I'm just here to help when I can. All right, but it's his blood, sweat and tears and his, I can't take all the credit. Uh But like I said, we're going on two years and uh I wanna show you some good food. All right. What are we making today? All right. So this is one of our signature dishes here. The Baratta pasta. OK. We have the fresh rigatoni here, which is incredible. What we do is we add this crispy pancetta, a little basil and we have our Baratta uh cheese here. But we spell that like your last name. You spell that right there. So we add that on and we're gonna Sprinkle some of this loy cheese here as well. I'm gonna real fancy. We just throw some color on as well. I'm gonna get started decorating this a little bit. And while I'm doing this, you know, when you're not on television, you're also very popular for making viral dance videos with your grandma. Tell us how that all got started. Well, my grandma, 96 years young, ok, this year grandma is here, 96 years. Believe this beautiful unreal. I keep her young with these dance movies. But you know, she's really a better dancer than me. So it's, it's crazy. Right. Graham. We wiggle and we dance. That's right. Well, it's probably a great exercise for you as well. Right. Oh yeah, great exercise. We keep you young. Graham. Show him a little something. 00, dance moves a little wiggle. Graham. Oh, there it is. Well, you know, grandma, I gotta ask you, what do you think about all these viral videos? People all over the world have now seen you. Millions of people see your dance moves. What do you think about that? Well, we, we have a lot of fun. We, we laugh. He comes into my backyard unexpected. And he'll say grandma, we're gonna do this, we're gonna do that and we get hysterical laughing and she, you know what? She's got fans all over the world. Let me tell you we post on tiktok and she calls me up. She goes Nick, what are the fans saying today? Well, I gotta ask you, what is the secret to staying so youthful at 96 year old? Still being able to dance and have all that energy movement, positive thinking, enjoying every moment of your life. That's it. Love, love the world, love people and a lot of great food, I'm sure because look, I've been trying to work up these dishes, but we wanna see some of the other signature dishes that you guys have here at the restaurant. Now that I've bam finished this one, I think I did pretty good. Who is that little chicken to top it off with? That? Looks good. All right, your brother Zach here. What did you bring for us, Zach? So today we have our signature filet. We have our grandmother's meatballs and then we have our signature chicken scar. OK? Put that there and I'm gonna taste this because you gotta go get one more. I'm gonna taste the meal that we put together and see. Mm You gotta get one of these. You gotta get there. It is there it is. The pasta is too nice and b OK. And what's this last one? This is our chicken scara. Wow, this is beautiful. I gotta taste this one. All these meals and congratulations on your two year anniversary. Thank you very much. I appreciate it. So I gotta ask you with all this amazing food you guys have. What are the plans for Thanksgiving. You get together here at the restaurant. A big family dinner. What, you know what, one of the most beautiful visions I've ever seen is my grandma, my mother and all my aunts in the kitchen just making magic. So we're not here at the restaurant when we try and try and get a little, uh, separation. Enjoy some quality family time. Right. Graham. We're big with the holidays.
