Be Well: Halloween Snack Ideas

We're getting creative in the kitchen and Monsters are on the menu and I love this because there's not a lot of ingredients and it's really, it's a quick one and it's easy. These ingredients that we're gonna use, you can get at any craft store or you just go online, you could have them at your house in minutes. Eyeballs, non Perels, melted chocolate rice. Krispie treats. You're gonna take the stick, the lollipop stick, you're gonna stick it in the bottom of your rice Krispie treat, right? Just like a lollipop. You're gonna take it, you're gonna dip it into your chocolate, get it on there. Nice as a fe you're gonna lay them down on the parchment paper. So when it dries, yeah, you're good. Perfect. You're gonna lay it down on parchment paper. You're gonna take a little non hls in your hand. You could do as many as little whatever make it. Give me like a little some hair on the top. It has bangs. Frankenstein's cute. Grab a big eyeball, a little eyeball, two eyeballs, whatever, whatever we can have. Three are you? We, you were taking two. I'm gonna take one. It's almost like, it's haunted minions. I wanna get another one in there. Well, that's a, no. Yeah, that's a no. So, you take those, put them in the fridge for a couple of minutes. Let the chocolate harden and you're ready to go. They're like a pop. They'll be great for days and days and days you leave them and they're fresh and they're delicious and they're ridiculously cute. They are, they're doing, you got it, You're gonna do all the heavy lifting on them. So the first thing you do is you take your pretzel sticks, you lay them out in a star pattern like that. They meet in the middle and you could go a lot of pretzels. If you love a lot of pretzels, you could space them out. Is there, is there a mistake I can make? Do they all need to be touching? Yeah. Try and get them to touch in the middle. So when you put the chocolate on it adheres you're gonna take, put one more in there. I give you one more in there. So you're gonna take your white chocolate. You're gonna put your white chocolate in a pipe. It's warm, you're gonna heat it up, you're gonna fill up the middle there. You're gonna make a big circle in the middle there. So they all stay together. All right, good. Let that go. And then you're just gonna go around, you could start from the outside, in, inside out. This. No this is impossible. Just keep going. You're gonna make it try. You, you know what a spider web looks like. You wanna try and recreate a spider web. It's coming out like a little fluffy. Yeah, once it dries you're good. Now go to, towards the middle. Fill the middle in. Look, look at this one. How close it is. You want a lot of chocolate so it doesn't fall apart when you lift it up. Fill in all those empty bases. Yay, you're, I'm perfect. I'm so good at spider cake. And now you gonna put some spiders on there, put some spiders. So I'm putting down just a few. I don't need to go too crazy. Right? OK. I'm gonna do all the colors just because why not? There you go. Now you got your spiders. So when you put your spider legs, so you have black now in another bag and you're gonna put legs on those spiders. Ok. So three little bits. Yeah, I'm nervous. Don't be nervous at all one. He's got really, he's a long leg. Is it daddy? Long legs? Everybody. You're gonna go on there. That's all right. I think for the other ones I should go. You go a little smaller. That is the most frightening spider I've ever seen. This is a Oh Yeah. Wow. Why? I don't know everything comes out curly. Look at you. You're so good at it. You're hired. Do that last one and then obviously you do a bunch of these at one time on a tray, you put them in your fridge, your freeze or something, you let them freeze because I can't pick this up right now. So this is, this is super soft right now. You do a bunch on a parchment paper, you put them in the refrigerator and in five minutes you pull them out. And I mean, how long did that take you? And I'm sure the next three or four or five or six they're gonna look so much better than that. It'll look like this, that one totally like that.
