Clint Walker, a personal trainer, joined Cheddar News to talk about ways people can eat their water instead of getting it the old-fashioned way. "You can eat fruit as dessert or a snack," he said. "Lettuce, a lot of water, 87 percent [water] content. Cucumbers and tomatoes, those two have a lot of water content -- close to 90 percent of water content."
