Be Well: Organizing the Refrigerator

People throw everything in their medicine cabinet. So what can we do to organize this? So what we wanna do is remove everything from the medicine cabinet so we can see exactly what you have. And then as you're categorizing things, putting like with like you wanna toss anything that's expired and then when you put it back for your purposes, maybe categorizing per family member would be helpful because then each kid knows exactly where to go what they need for the day as they're walking out of the door and each of their bins would also be labeled. So again, it helps keep you and your family accountable to maintain the system. I love the idea of labeling these clear bins because like you said, everyone can see what's inside and they know where to put it if they forget because the kids are always like, I don't remember where I went. Yeah. Well, now they have that label, they can read it and put it right back. And then when you said, put like with like, what do you mean? So as an example, like if you guys have all of your bug spray, all of your sunscreen in the morning. When you're heading out, when the kids are going to camp, you guys can use these items, put them back and then put them back in the cabinet so that the next day, you know, exactly where they are and it's not a mad dash out the door. And what do you suggest about pills and medications? So I would probably try to keep those up high or anything that's, you know, over the counter just so that it's less accessible for the kids. Um, and just make sure that they're labeled appropriately and out of reach. All right, these are great tips. But now the challenge is I'm gonna try to do this, organize it all by myself.
