Be Well: Unique Fall Home Trends

So right now, we are in the living space of the real simple home. I'm with Leslie. She is the senior home editor here and Leslie is going to talk to us a little bit about some of the fall trends we can see in this amazing space, Leslie. I want to start with this gallery wall for a while. We've been seeing gallery walls with a lot of it, bitty pieces and that's fun. But what we're seeing now is large scale art because it's only like three or four pieces, three, there's a lot less pressure to find all of these different pieces and make sure they work together. I wanna talk about one aspect of design that I think people might not recognize as a really big one, which is lighting, talk to us about this lamp, specifically one big lighting trend that we're seeing right now is the monochromatic lamp. It's a really easy way to throw in a pop of color into a room. It's super easy to put in and it's super easy to take out about the color choice here in terms of Fall Fall. You think Lee is turning brown, you see this brown shade of the lamp. It fits the theme, the Fall theme beautifully. Ok, Leslie, we are sort of taking things back a little bit in terms of our next trend. Let's talk 70 style something you said, you know, we've been seeing a lot. Yes. So the disco era is definitely back. What I love about how Bobby Burke, the trend into this room is how subtle it is. He added these really cool low sling chairs, very seventies. And then if you look up, you see this really cool graphic abstract wallpaper that gives a little retro. Let's talk a little bit more about texture. We have these gorgeous stools right across from us. They're velvet, which to me screams seventies. Yeah. So velvet is really big from the seventies. It also just looks really luxurious. I agree. Yeah. And then you have like this boule texture on the sofa. This is very hot right now. Very retro again, feels really cozy and homey just in time for fall when I come into this space. It to me it looks flawless. It doesn't look like there's anything I would want to hide. But if there is things like this room divider, right come in handy, it's such an easy way to add a punch of color to a room without paint or anything like that. It's very low effort. I think another way that can bring the fall vibes into his space is through a bar, right? Talk to me a little bit about this bar space. I love that the bar glasses are amber. They're very fall the, we love this cabinet because of the tan panels on the front. Beautiful. Ok. Well, I don't know about you, but I am definitely feeling all the fall vibes.
