Ben & Jerry's isn't only concerned with ensuring their customers get their favorite ice cream flavors. Founders Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield, who are longtime activists, are even chairing the Campaign to End Qualified Immunity. Greenfield joined Cheddar to discuss why the business partners are calling for the end of the legal doctrine protecting officers from civil litigation. "What it does is it shields police officers from accountability when they violate somebody's civil or constitutional rights, and the result of that is there's no accountability for police. And at the same time, there's no justice for the victims of those police," he said.
