Bennigan's, a U.S. Casual dining chain, is reopening its dining rooms where they can amid the coronavirus outbreak. The restaurant also says they are following the guidance on staging the openings safely in regards to occupancy and social distancing. They have also taken the requirements to an A-B-C-D, or Above and Beyond the Call of Duty, level.
