List of the country's best and worst places to retire. Bankrate dot com. Looked around the US and there are some surprising results. You may guess it would be Florida, wouldn't you? It's certainly a popular among, especially here from New York. I know a lot of people that leave the city to go to Florida, but it's Iowa. Iowa took the number one spot. The site praised Iowa for its low crime rate, high affordability score. Delaware and West Virginia followed in spots two and three. Let's talk about the worst states as well. Alaska came in at number 50 with weather and crime among its negatives followed by. All right, New York, where we and Kristen are in California, the bottom states were rated because of the cost of living. So, Kristen, what do you think when you're retiring, it's important to stretch your dollar. What do you think of these? I saw some beautiful shots there of Iowa. Yes, that's the Cedar River that we were showing initially there. Certainly you can stretch your dollar. I think much further in places beyond some of these big coastal cities and certainly just amid the pandemic migration. Right. All those people moving to Florida down south and elsewhere. It's hard, it's hard to stretch your dollar in places like that. But you agree in your home state, Iowa. Number one. Um, yes. Ok. I love it. I know what it is.
