Plant-based food maker Beyond Meat is looking to take on the $1.4 trillion global meat industry with its portfolio of products that are built to replicate beef, pork, and poultry. The company planning to raise up to nearly $184 million in an IPO. Beyond Meat, which touts investors including Tyson Foods, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Bill Gates, expects to price its shares between $19 and $21. The high end of the range pegs the valuation at $1.21 billion.
