Rick Tumlinson, a founding partner of SpaceFund Venture Capital, joined Cheddar to talk about Jeff Bezos' Blue Origin lawsuit against NASA for awarding SpaceX with a lunar lander contract. Tumlinson said after NASA received less than expected funding from Congress, it prevented multiple lunar lander contract offers leading the space agency to go with the higher-rated company. He did note that the lawsuit shouldn’t delay plans to get back to the Moon due to the hearings being expedited. "Frankly, Blue Origin needs to get back to the knitting of what Bezos has said he wants to do, which is to build human habitations in space," Tumlinson said.
