Earlier today, the president also met with other high ranking officials in Vietnam during his visit to the nation, which follows his trip to India for this weekend's G 20 summit in New Delhi. Here's some of what the president said during his meeting this morning, we're strengthening our supply chains including through the new semiconductor memorandum of cooperation that we signed today. We're deep in our collaboration on critical technologies like cloud computing, telecommunications and artificial intelligence. Together we must go further and other countries in the region must benefit as well because our partnership is about so much more than innovation and investment. It's about people. President Biden added that Vietnam is quote, a friend, a reliable partner and a responsible member of the international community.
