By the year 2030 every American household will have access to high speed internet. That's thanks to a $42 billion initiative set forth by President Biden. He spoke about that plan today. Take a listen, around 24 million Americans across this country. There's no high speed internet and for millions more, the internet connection is limited or unreliable. High speed internet isn't a luxury anymore. It's become an absolute necessity. Each state will receive a minimum of $107 million. The country's most populous states will receive much more Texas, for example, is set to get $3.3 billion. California will receive $1.9 billion.
