Barry Engle, the former head of GM North America, launched his SPAC on the Nasdaq last week under the ticker Q-E-L-L-U. The blank check company, Qell Acquisition, raised $380 million in its initial public offering and had its focus set on next-generation mobility, transportation and sustainable industry technology sectors. Engle, now the Founder and CEO of Qell Aquisition, joined Closing Bell to discuss what SPAC's offer and why are they emerging as the solution to move ahead the next generation of mobility.
