After launching delivery and carryout options last year, Blaze Pizza cites innovation as a way to keep restaurants alive during coronavirus lockdowns. "We have had to get a little innovative," Mandy Shaw, CEO of Blaze Pizza, told Cheddar Thursday. "We're doing more curbside carryout. We've added additional delivery partners, so we're now with three of the four large delivery partners that can get our product out there. But it's definitely a shift in the business."
