Body20 Brings Tech Experience to Working Out

Joining me now is the ceo of body 20 Gregory Breitbart Gregory. Thanks so much for coming on this show. I know a resolution for many people here in this new year is to get in better shape. How are you helping with that? Sure. Sure. Yeah, obviously this is the time of year for fitness. Um and body 20, you know, as you mentioned, we do a 20 minute workout using a full body electro muscle stimulation suit. We're a franchise with 20 locations open across the United States and we have over 200 in development. And what's really unique about the body 20 workout of course, obviously the fact that we have electric muscle stimulation but that we take your brain out of working out and what a lot of people don't realize is that your brain is a really important element of getting a good workout. And so some people are really well conditioned, really good at that, really good at working out. But the majority of people aren't, they've got stubborn much They're not trained well and how to work out the right way, the right form. Our workout in our technology allows the average person to get a professional workout because we're essentially mimicking the same signals that your brain would be sending to your muscles. But we go there directly. So you go down, you do a 20 minute workout and you go down to do a squat all your muscles are contracting your glutes, your abs, your lower abs which are hard to contract sometimes and it's contracting them for you. You're fighting that contraction building muscle that way. Burning calories that way All without any weights? No resistance. Um, it's really incredible equalizing workout. That's really perfect for everybody. So, is this safe? What does it feel like for the consumer? Sure, Sure. It's very safe. So the, from one standpoint, you know, there's no load on your attendance, there's no load on your ligaments, there's no weights, you're not jumping around. It's a very low impact workout. Um, so very safe in that regard. Um, you know, we focus on, you know, because it's a new workout, we focus on kind of working people up the same way you would for any type of workout. You know, there's progressions and you kind of follow a progression throughout body 20. Um, but it's completely safe. The feeling of it is much less, uh, you know, most people aren't used to feeling shocked, but I think everyone at some point has felt that it doesn't feel like that. It feels, we actually describe it much more like a vibration. You know, you feel like your muscles are vibrating. And so when you go and you try to do like a bicep curl and there's no weights in your hand, you pull your hands up and it feels like there's actually weights in your hands. You feel your own muscles kind of fighting you and that's what's creating the resistance very quickly. We don't have much time left. Where can someone find one of your studios across the country if they're interested? Sure. So if you go to body 20.com, we have a studio page that shows where all the locations are. But we have a lot of locations in Florida and Texas. But as I said, 200 and development, so we're gonna be nationwide.
