Once in a generation, winter storm set to impact nearly every state and hamper holiday travel, a bomb bomb cyclone is forecasted, which I know sounds very dramatic and scary, but it's a term given to a strengthening storm that drops pressure rapidly within 24 hours. That's why there are winter weather alerts in effect for more than 90 million people, stretching across 37 states from the us Mexico border to the us Canada border. Unfortunately, the severe weather event will likely cripple travel on some of the busiest travel days of the year.
