Former national security adviser Michael Flynn pleaded guilty Friday to lying to the F.B.I. J.D. Durkin reports on the latest out of Washington, D.C. Flynn reportedly promised full cooperation to Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his team. The retired Lieutenant General is prepared to testify that he was directed to make contact with Kremlin counterparts before President Trump took office. On Friday morning, Flynn put out a statement saying "My guilty plea and agreement to cooperate with the Special Counsel's Office reflect a decision made in the best interests of my family and of our country. I accept full responsibility for my actions."
