Bronx Man Claims He Was Furloughed for Refusing COVID Vaccination

A New York City man is suing his employer, claiming that he was furloughed from his catering job for refusing to get vaccinated. Antonio Coronado of the Bronx joined Cheddar with his attorney David Schwartz to explain his reluctance to get the vaccine based on religious grounds and what prompted him to sue over the indefinite furlough, which his lawyer described as essentially a termination.
