Some guests you won't find at the auto show this year are those from the California air resources board. For the first time in nearly 50 years, the Board will not be at the LA Auto Show. The Board, which is dubbed the "clean air agency" of the California government, is boycotting in response to the 15 automakers siding with the Trump Administration over California's emissions standards. We spoke to Craig Segall, Assistant Chief Counsel to the California Air Resources Board about the Board's Absence from the event.
