California Judge Charged With Killing His Wife

A California judge was charged today with killing his wife. The shooting happened on August 3rd after Orange County Superior Judge Jeffrey Ferguson and his wife, Cheryl Ferguson got into an argument at a restaurant. Ferguson fired his gun once they returned to their Anaheim Hills home. Their son reportedly called 911 to report the shooting. Ferguson was arrested last week and released on a million dollar bail. Prosecutors are now asking for additional bail after authorities seized 47 weapons and 26,000 rounds of ammunition from inside his home.
