Captured Inmate in Pennsylvania Will Be Charged With Felony Escape

An escaped prisoner who was on the run for nearly two weeks is in custody again this time in a maximum security prison and he's facing new charges. Danelo Caval who was serving a life sentence for first degree murder broke out of Chester County Prison in Pennsylvania on August 31st and evaded police for days before being captured. Early yesterday morning, Caval Cone has been charged with felony escape and was arraigned yesterday. Now, according to his court records, his next appearance is set for September 27. Caval Cone is now at the maximum security prison state correctional facility. Phoenix in Pennsylvania.
