CBS Sets New Diversity Targets for its Reality Shows After Facing Backlash

CBS is taking a massive step toward diversity and inclusion. The network is now requiring its reality shows to ensure 50% or more of their casts are Black, indigenous, or people of color. This comes after CBS had been criticized for its lack of diversity on hit reality shows such as Big Brother and Survivor.
