Changes On Tap for Retail Shopping Experience as Stores Begin Reopening

Retail stores across the country are slowly beginning to reopen their doors, but that doesn't mean the in-person shopping experience will look the way it did before the COVID-19 outbreak. In an April 30 survey conducted by First Insight, the world's leading consumer-centric merchandising platform, a majority of both men and women said they would not be comfortable trying on clothes in dressing rooms or working with a sales associate.
