Cheddar Afternoon Google News Briefings of January 21st

The streamer only reported that they added 8.2 million global net subscribers in the fourth quarter that fell short of analyst projections. The company also warning that the rate of subscription additions also slowing down that following a subscription price hike. Meanwhile, Intel announced that they plan to break ground on a new chip factory in Ohio by the end of the year. The total project is estimated to cost $100 billion. The 1000 acre site is in response to unsatisfied demand for micro trips all over the world and Intel's goal of expanding their market in the us and Europe and Tiktok venturing into the world of paid subscriptions. Not a lot of details known just yet about the efforts, but Tiktok has simply confirmed the news.
