A revolt is growing between the UK and the rest of the European Union, with two sides to the Brexit story. Prime Minister Boris Johnson is planning to bring his Internal Market Bill to a vote in parliament today. The bill would allow the UK to override parts of the treaty it signed to remove itself from the EU. The EU has even threatened legal action until Johnson backs down.
