Cheddar Morning Spotify News Briefings of January 27th

Good morning, this is your daily tech and business briefing from cheddar news. Tesla reporting strong earnings after the bell on Wednesday posting record profits for its fourth quarter. The E. V. Giant posted a revenue of 17.7 billion and GPS of $2.52 a share. Tesla warned investors of potential supply chain issues that may persist company throughout this year, leading shares to take a dip briefly. Now netflix shares were moving up after the bell Wednesday after Pershing Square announced it has bought 3.1 million shares of netflix stocks pushing Bill Ackman wrote investors saying the hedge funds saw an opportunity to buy low in netflix following its massive dip. Last week, shares took a nosedive after the top streaming platform reported disappointing subscriber growth for its fourth quarter. And Spotify is working on removing Neil young music from his platform. Following the artists ultimatum he gave the platform earlier this week, the folk artist posted an open letter on his website calling out Spotify for spreading fake vaccine information through joe Rogan's podcast.
