Story. We've been following closely for you. The iconic M&M spokes candies have been left to find new roles. But when one door closes, another one opens, that's why I am so excited to bring in our newest guest host, the one and only Brown. Thank you so much for joining us. Thank you, Chloe. I'm excited to be here and I don't use that word lightly or really at all coming out of the recent shakeup at M&M's. We're so glad you're joining us to share your expertise and perspective on representation in business as a walking, talking candy. I'm quite familiar with feeling out of place in certain environments and I want to make sure others entering the business world don't feel that same way. Certainly, your experience in that respect is unique and you've never been one to hold your tongue on such issues while I maybe can. I'm not one to sugarcoat anything now that you have this new platform. How do you hope to empower others to join in the conversation? We'll all need to work together to make sure there's a seat at the table for everyone and that is at the right height for everyone to actually reach the table, which has often been a problem at my size. Good point. Before we let you go while you have changed careers, your former employer, M&M is certainly going through changes of its own care to comment with the decision to swap out the M and M's with faces as the face of M&M's certainly left me with a lot of questions and I say that as someone who managed to figure out the definitive answer of what came first, the chicken or the egg, of course.
