China says it is halting the purchase of U.S. agricultural products and could decide to slap tariffs on recently purchase U.S. agricultural products. The latest threat of retaliation to the President's 10% tariffs on $300 billion worth of Chinese goods. We spoke to Chris Campbell, chief strategist at Duff & Phelps and Brent Johnson, CEO of Santiago Capital about China's latest move.
