Closing arguments began today in the trial of FTX co founder, Sam Beman Fried. The prosecution told jurors earlier today that Beman Fried stole billions of dollars from customers of the Cryptocurrency exchange. Engaging in a quote pyramid of prosecutors accused Beman Fried of diverting billions of dollars worth of FTX customer funds to his hedge fund. Alam Research Bank Fried has pleaded not guilty to seven charges including wire fraud, securities fraud and money laundering.
