Former Northwestern football coach Pat Fitzgerald is suing the school for a wrongful termination. Fitzgerald filed the $130 million lawsuit yesterday after three months after he was fired in the wake of hazing a scandal at the school's athletic program. Fitzgerald's attorneys claim there was not adequate evidence that the coaching staff knew about the reported hazing. In response. Northwestern says multiple current and former players claim that Fitzgerald was aware of hazing including some claims of nudity and sexualized acts. A hearing is scheduled on December 7.
