Comcast Cable wants to make the Xfinity shopping experience convenient for its customers ー whether they are shopping online or in a store. So the company is investing in making its brick-and-mortar locations reflect the future of retail. According to Tom Devito, Comcast Cable's SVP of Retail Sales and Services, that means focusing on "learning, experiencing, and demonstration" in its stores. "We are in the sweet spot of where retail is going," he said.
