In the wake of the Texas shooting that killed 26 people, gun control is a major topic in the halls of Capitol Hill. Congressman Steve Chabot is a Republican who represents Ohio's first district. He believes that new gun laws will not stop criminals from obtaining lethal weapons and committing crimes. The congressman is also Chairman of the Small Business Committee. He says the House Republicans' proposed tax plan will cut taxes for small businesses down to 25 percent. The Senate bill, the chairman says, will likely be different from the House legislation, because some Senators want to repeal the Obamacare Individual Mandate Tax.
