With quarantines keeping people at home, working and connecting remotely, networks have been strained by a surge in usage. AT&T saw core network traffic up 29% yesterday compared to the same day last month and wireless voice minutes 27% higher than an average Thursday. We spoke to Jeff McElfresh​, CEO of AT&T Communications
