Even in a democracy like the United States, access to the government can seem out of reach. CrowdLobby is seeking to change that by bringing transparency to one of the most opaque systems of all: lobbying. The company is launching a new campaign to teach the Good Samaritan law in high schools across New York State, which offers legal protection to people who help those who are, or whom they believe to be, in danger of an overdose.
