it's time now for your morning tea. Just a few quick steps to fill up your cup on this thursday. That's right and there's an exercise class at lifetime that keeps going viral. So of course we decided to get a preview with this popular instructor. Take a look. Oh, joseph. David is a group fitness instructor at Lifetime in New Jersey and soon to be N. Y. C. Who's racking up the views with more than 300,000 followers on I. G. With his high energy, sweaty and jam packed dance classes. My classes are so popular because I create a space where people can be themselves. Um and I invite all types of people, all walks of life and it's just about being free. Since it's so popular. The cheddar crew had to go get lessons from the expert and crushed what people expect is a full body experience. Um All levels, basically upper body, lower body conditioning. Plyometric work, isometric work. Just jam pack. Okay, ready for this class. You ready? Seven what? While joseph says the classes for everyone, all levels, all ages, all sizes, all fitness levels, just the will to kind of want to work and be themselves and just shine their own individual.
