Death Toll in Libya Flooding Continues to Rise

Over in Libya, hospitals and morgues are overwhelmed as rescuers attempt to recover survivors and bodies from all of that wreckage. Eastern officials say the death toll has exceeded 5100 people. Many focused in the city of Dina. They also say an additional 5000 people have been injured. 10,000 people are still missing. Heavy rain caused two dams near the city to break overnight. On Sunday, the United Nations International Organization for Migration says 30,000 people have been displaced and that due to the widespread damage, the city is nearly inaccessible for humanitarian workers that is just heartbreaking what's going there.
