Delays Over New Stimulus Bill Prolonging Pain for U.S. Economy

Top lawmakers continue to negotiate an additional round of stimulus during the coronavirus pandemic. But as talks remain at a stalemate, Mark Zandi, Chief Economist at Moody's Analytics says the delay in providing more relief is a "significant mistake." Zandi joined Closing Bell Wednesday and explained how devastating the delay for a new stimulus will be for the U.S. economy. Zandi also explains what could happen if the upcoming election results in a change in the oval office.
