Over three years ago, Detroit Police made a change to the way they deal with crime. The department partnered with eight gas stations to launch Project Greenlight, an initiative that offers constant monitoring to businesses in the program though high-def cameras, bright lighting, and 'Project Greenlight' signage. 

Detroit Police Chief James Craig joins Cheddar to respond to the critics that say the program is unfair to the businesses that can't afford to join.
